Bonnie’s background spans medical office administration, credentialing coordination, EMR implementation, billing oversight, and regulatory compliance across private practices, urgent care clinics, home healthcare, and long-term care settings. She has successfully led practice startups, streamlined internal systems, improved revenue cycle processes, and supported provider onboarding with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors.

Known for her hands-on approach and attention to detail, Bonnie partners closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant credentialing—allowing providers to focus on patient care while she manages the administrative burden.
